Our entire website is provided with an SSL Certificate so that information exchanged between your browser and the web server is fully protected. You can see this at the https address and lock in your browser at the top left, a safe idea!

Orders placed and paid on Monday to Friday before 14.30am will be shipped the same day (if in stock)
If you place an order via the webshop, you have the choice of payment options below:
  • Prepay / Bank Transfer (You automatically receive a PDF invoice by email)
  • PayPal (PayPal with credit card)
If you have not received an order confirmation or email from us, check your spam box.

Shipping costs:

  • € 6.75 for delivery within the Netherlands
  • If the items can be shipped via mailbox, the cost is € 2.95.
  • Shipping costs outside of EU on request


If your product is defective within the warranty period, please contact us. This can be done via our contact form.
Enter your order number and a description of the problem in your email.
By the next working day, you will be notified if the problem is covered by the warranty and how it will be dealt with further.
The cost of sending defective items is at the expense of the customer.
The costs of returning the repaired / replaced items are at the expense of FRESTA.


You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without reason.
The product can only be returned in original packaging, unused and complete.
The shipping costs are for your account. Before returning to return, please report the return through our contact form.
You will then receive a return form that you fill in and add to the shipment. Once we have returned the product in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account.
